Based on these premises, our Cooperative is committed to:
Raise awareness
among employees, interns, volunteers, the staff of our partners, and our external collaborators about the risks and abuses related to minors. Families of the minors are also informed of the Policy in place.
Prevent
any risk and abuse involving minors in order to minimize harm. Our commitment lies in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment.
Report
any suspected cases of child abuse to the competent authorities, in accordance with internal procedures.
All our employees, interns, and volunteers are made fully aware of the risks of abuse and exploitation involving minors. For this reason, the Cooperative has adopted an internal Policy and a Code of Conduct, which all staff—whether employees, interns, or volunteers of the Cooperative and its partners—are required to follow and respect.
